FOTD - Cyprine & Ptilol Inspired Look - Sailor Moon Collaboration

This week for our Beauty Blogger Collaboration we did the villains of Sailor Moon, I chose to do Cyprine & Ptilol. Their colors are Blue and Red with Black.
