Not too long ago Beautylish opened up an online store, they were issuing out invitations at first via e-mail to members of the site to be able to buy first and I happened to be in the group of people at first that got to check it out. They had Sugarpill Cosmetics as their first company on the site and were offering a great deal that I couldn't pass up!

I ended up getting the Heartbreaker palette (most recent release from Sugarpill) for $34 and for free with it's purchases from Beautylish I got the new Limited Edition shadow from Sugarpill called @#$%!, YES it's actually called that. I was EXTREMELY happy because they at first only had this shadow at IMATS and I wasn't able to go this year.

Anyway onto the photos!

What the site says:

"4-color luxury eyeshadow collection in a mirrored palette.

Colors: Mochi, 2AM, Acidberry, Velocity

From the Addicted to Pretty collection.

A $48 value!

Net Wt. 4 grams / .14 oz. × 4"

Acidberry:  The perfect vibrant lime green you've been looking everywhere for. Matte with slightly pearl sheen.

Velocity:  Vibrant matte royal blue.

2AM:  Matte purple with a slightly pearl sheen.

Mochi:  Matte mint seafoam with a slightly pearl sheen.

My Final Thoughts for Sugarpill's Heartbreak Palette:

Availability:  www.SugarpillShop.Com

Cost:   $34.00 for 4x shadows (Net Wt. 4 grams / .14oz)

Coverage:  very pigmented.

Formula:  pressed powder shadows, very smooth in texture.

Shade Info:  palette with 4 shadows included.

Packaging:  Sugarpill Cosmetics is  definitely one of the brands that is eye pleasing for packaging and product, every box, palette, and product are of amazing quality. I love the color scheme of everything and the adorably cute characters (the kitty is definitely my favorite). I haven't had a chance to try out the eyelashes but maybe in the future!

Wear:  the wear time of the shadows is fantastic, using a primer of course is best for any product to ensure even longer wear although Sugarpill is EXTREMELY pigmented even without.

My Rating:  5 out of  5 Feathers!

Are they Cruelty Free? Yes, the FAQ on the site states non of their products or ingredients are tested on animals.

Every year Glamour Doll Eyes releases Halloween Limited Edition Sets, these are usually limited to 100 each but this year I believe they were limited to 96 each so only 96 people will have them. I of course had to buy both sets, mainly because I haven't had a set that I didn't love.

I'll be doing a short review due to the fact these are Limited Edition I want to show them to my readers before they are sold out.

What the site says:

Celebrate Halloween 2012 with some Glamour Doll Eyes Halloween inspired eye shadows. In this set, you will receive these 3 shadows and 1 eye light:

Price: $14.00

Apparition  is a white, purple and green eye light. Eye lights are glitters and usually don't stick with a normal primer. Use a sticky base or glitter glue.

Bat Wings is a deep purple/black with red, purple, blue and green sparkles.

Macabre is an almost matte orange with an orange sheen/sparkle.

Vampire Wedding is a deep almost brick red with black undertones and red sparkle/sheen.

Full Jar (No Sifter): 2-2.5 grams of product in a 5 gram jar.

Each shadow will come packaged in a 5gram jar with a black lid. Each lid will have a special edition Halloween 2012 Label with the shadow name on the bottom. Each set of 4 shadows will come packaged in an adorable black and orange star organza bag. Each set is limited to 96 sets so only 96 people will have each specific color.

My Thoughts:

At first I wasn't quite sure what to think before I got them, some of the preview swatches I had seen weren't really catching my eye. I wasn't quite sure about the orange or the brick red one, but then when I got them and swatched them today I was like "OMG"! Those two colors that I was unimpressed by were the most gorgeous shadows.

The shadows all have nice texture, all are very pigmented and are easily blended. I would definitely purchases this set again if it weren't limited edition and I'm actually considering buying a backup, (though these would last me forever) I don't know if I EVER want to run out of Macabre or Vampire Wedding.

Price:  $14.00

A little while ago I placed my first order with Beautylish, they opened up an online store and were sending out invitations to check it out. Sugarpill was the first thing they had for sale and if you purchased the Heartbreaker palette you got the Limited Edition eyeshadow @#$%! free with purchase (yes it's really called that). I will have swatches and a review up in the next few days, sorry for the lack post but I have been fighting kind of a depression/lack of motivation funk as of late.

Last week I took some swatch pictures of the Graftobian Hi-Def Glamour Creme Ultra-Lites Palette, I wanted something that could actually match my pale skin and so far from swatches I think I found it!

I will have a further review and face swatch sometime later on this week if not today if the allergies calm down (allergies have been terrible lately so not been able to do makeup).

Anyway onto the photos!

I took the swatch pictures outside in the daylight to try to get an accurate idea of the shades, these blend out very creamy yet seem to stay put after blending. I look forward to trying it out and actually buying a full size of the shade that's right for if I feel these are worth it.
