So I'm planning to have another giveaway when I hit 1,000 followers, since I'm so close (106 followers away) I would like to get a poll going on what you guys would like to see for it.

So a few weeks back I was contacted by a PR rep from Born Pretty about doing a review. I've not dabbled much into nail reviews as I had to stop painting my nails and such because of health issues for a bit. I just recently started playing around with my nail polishes again so I figured why not.

I've been interested in the nail stamping so I decided to get the Hello Kitty plates/stamp kit. This is just a first look so I will have a review up soon.

It was wrapped REALLY well as far as cushioning goes.

They were kind enough to include a coupon code for my readers, valid till Dec 31st 2011

I've been mulling  over if I actually wanted to get this, I have all the Book of Shadow palettes so far but I never use them. After much thought and the husband telling me to get it along with the fact he got some gift cards from points he had somewhere so it is virtually free, I decided to stop into Ulta and pick it up.

This palette is apparently selling out places quickly (I first checked on Sephora.com with no luck, then I looked for it at Ulta.com again with no luck) you can still find it on Urbandecay.com though still. When I went into Ulta they only had 11 left with non in the back. I'll have swatches and a review of this soon, for now though I'm putting up the packaging pictures.

Note: the packaging is mirrored almost so yes you can see the trees/window. :)

So today I stopped at Michael's craft store and picked up some containers to depot my Nyx Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils. I decided to do this because a few weeks ago I went and sharpened one of them and the whole tip broke off of it and wasted a TON of product.

I loved the pencils but I prefer to save the mess and waste that you get when sharpening, plus this way it's like a Paint Pot and I can just dip my brush in and get a little product out at a time.

Note: Forgive the occasional sniffling and heavy breathing, I've been suffering from really bad allergies the past week or so. :(

If you guys would like to see more videos on how I do certain things feel free to leave a comment requesting it and I'll see what I can do. :)

A while ago (back in February to be exact) I got the Nyx Soho Glam Palette, of course I set it aside and forgot to post on it. Anyway I'll have some swatches of this and a review soon, I got this off Hautelook on sale so it was only $18 at the time.

So I'm sure that most everyone has heard about Inglot, there aren't many gurus who haven't blogged or youtubed about them. I have been waiting to make an Inglot purchase for months and I finally got the chance to do so thanks to my parents who gave me some birthday money to spend.

It was tough narrowing down what I wanted to get as they have a ton of selection from every aspect of the rainbow. I don't own a lot of matte shadows so I really wanted to get those. Although once I ordered I found I only got 4 out of the 10 in matte finish.

I was torn because I wanted to try some of the gel liners, lipsticks, blushes... well pretty much everything. Unfortunately right now funds are tight and I don't foresee getting a chance to do another order anytime in the near future so I had to go with eye-shadows because those are what I use the most. I own a ton of MAC gel liners as is although I am curious because people are saying they are as good if not better.

It came in the standard shipping box with the company logo printed on it.

Everything neatly bubble wrapped inside.

Included with my order was a sample of the Inglot Cream Foundation.

The palette is very sturdy and slightly weighted, the lid is held on by magnets.

Price: $5.00 for the freedom system square shadows 2.3g - 2.7g , $7.00 for the freedom system square rainbow shadows. Freedom system empty 10 palette $10.00.

Pros:  The shadows are very pigmented, there's a wide range of colors, the price is reasonable, and you get a good amount of product. I do like the sturdiness of the palettes and the way the lid stays on tightly. I do like the fact I can see through the lid enough to see what shades I have. The customer service was polite when I spoke with them to order. The shipping was quick, I ordered by phone 08/15/11 and I received them by 08/18/11 (note: they were sent Fedex so other shipping may take longer).

Cons:  The website has no description of the colors. The shadows are difficult to get out of the palette due to the magnets being strong and it's easy to dent the shadows if not done carefully. People show that you are supposed to be able to use the lid magnets to remove the shadows but mine doesn't work and I tried all four corner magnets and even flipped the lid. Some shadows look like they are swatched even when new (I think this is because the top of the plastic packaging presses against the actual shadow during shipping, not a big deal though as long as it doesn't damage the shadows).

Would I order again: Definitely Yes! Regardless of the packaging (although it would be nice if they made some kind of tab or something for easy removal or even an extra magnetic piece that would allow for easily removal) I find the products to be on par with MAC shadows.

Do you any Inglot? What's your favorite product(s)?

I was up pretty late doing this look, I had some trouble with it and it's a little messy but I figured I'd still upload it because it does show the technique for it at least. My lashes were also being terrible (I think the Duo lash glue has gone awry or something) so you might notice the ends coming loose in it. :(

This is the look I wore to my wedding reception (I actually regret not wearing it for my wedding especially since I paid someone else to do my makeup that day since I wanted to be pampered and the girl didn't even use a primer so it creased within a the hour!"
