Today I got the Disney Jasmine Collection by Sephora Eyeshadow Palette so I had to of course take some pictures of the packaging. I was going to do swatches but the daylight kind of faded away too fast so I will have the swatches up and a review tomorrow!

Comments and What Not to Post!

Let me start off this post by saying welcome to all my new readers, and how much I appreciate you and of course my loyal readers who have been with me for a long while as well! It's really fun reading all your comments and thoughts on each post and getting to know each of you as well.

If you've not noticed I have some notes placed below the box for comments on each post, one part of this is to advice that I will not tolerate rude or hateful comments aimed towards myself or my readers. That's just a given, you don't walk up to people on the street and say something rude or hateful... and if you do then you probably need to relearn the "If you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all." phrase they used to teach us when we were young.

Anyway that is one reason I've started moderating comments but the second reason is because of spam and also one I've still seen regardless is people adding links at the end of a comment some examples of comments that won't be approved. "Come visit my blog www.visitmyblog.com" or "check out my giveaway at www.mygiveaway.com", basically don't put a website link on your posts to promote your site.

Now don't get me wrong, I'd love to checkout some sites of my wonderful followers which is why in the coming months I plan to try and do a "Follower Appreciation"week or month.

Anyway this counts for giveaway posts as well, if you leave a link in your comment with your blog giveaway or blog link (unless I've asked you to) then it will be disqualified.

Recently I got the opportunity to try out the new Milani Cosmetics Limited Edition Texture Creams Nail Polishes, these are being released in March and the colors bring a feel of spring to the drab winter days.

Bright, vibrant crème nail lacquer with a textured, matte finish. Top Coat optional

To remove, soak a cotton ball with acetone based nail polish remover. Allow to set on the nail for about 20-30 seconds and wipe outwards, away from the nail bed. Turn the cotton ball over and remove any excess on the sides of the nail."

My thoughts:

I really love the colors they have chosen, it brightens up the current drab winter mood and makes me think of Spring. The texture is really neat looking and the pigmentation of the polishes are really strong with just a single coat. I would definitely suggest picking these up if you love polishes and since they are Limited Edition that is another reason to grab them fast.

Disney Jasmine Collection by Sephora - Limited Edition - 2013 Release

Sephora is releasing another Disney collection, this time they are bringing out the Jasmine Collection which is similar to the same items previously released in the Cinderella Collection. I just placed an order for this palette so I will have a first look post and swatches up next week as soon as it arrives. I'm not sure if I'm going to get anything else although I am still mulling over the Magic Carpet Ride Eyeshadow Palette as well.

I can't get enough of this Gosh Holographic nail polish and decided to whip it out again with a magenta accent nail and holographic glitter. I must say that Modnails and Cutepolish of Instagram and youtube have given me leopard fever and so here's another leopard print manicure.
Also, I find that adding a top coat to Gosh Holographic 549 nail polish really decreases the linear holographic effect, so I only used top coat on the accent nail.
